Anne Monine is Cargill's Environmental Thought Leader and leads the corporate effort to develop and implement Cargill's Environmental Strategy. Anne is a Chemical Engineer with 30 years of experience in every aspect of Environmental, Health and Safety. Anne has worked environmental issues for government (The United Nations, U.S. House of Representatives, Department of the Navy, Department of the Air Force and Department of Agriculture) and industry (The Dow Chemical Company, Koch Industries, Inc. and Cargill, Inc.), and has actively participated in many trade associations and non-governmental organizations (The Nature Conservancy, Sustainability Roundtable, WBSCD, USBSCD, GEMI, NAEM, and A&WMA).
Currently, Anne is a champion for Cargill's ZERO Harm efforts focusing on: Understanding the interests of key stakeholders; engaging and energizing our leadership; empowering and developing our people; leveraging technology; continually reducing risk to ensure global environmental compliance and supporting global sustainability efforts.
Anne is a proven change agent and effective leader with a reputation for leading organizational change, building collaborative business partnerships, and motivating employees to achieve productivity, safety, compliance and sustainability objectives.
