Halina Caravello, Program Director, Chief Environment, Health & Safety Officers' Council; The Conference Board
Halina Caravello is a Program Director at The Conference Boardand an an EHS leader with more than 30 years of experience. Previously, she was the global EHS Vice President for Johnson Controls (merged with Tyco in 2016) leading the organization through the EHS functional integration efforts.
In addition to being a Global EHS (environmental, health, and safety) leader, Halina is passionate about protecting employees and the environment by using her experience in chemical, oil and gas, manufacturing and services industries. Always looking for innovative solutions to help achieve an EHS vision of Zero Harm to People and the Environment. Halina works with frontline employees, the C-suite and board members, to build the coalitions needed to succeed.
Before becoming a Program Director, Halina was a member of the Chief EH&S Officers Council at The Conference Board.
