Susan Morrissey, Executive Director of Environmental Programs; The Estee Lauder Co.'s Inc.

Susan Morrissey is Executive Director of Global Environmental Programs for The Estée Lauder Companies. Susan is responsible for leading Global Environmental Programs including environmental regulatory compliance and environmental sustainability programs. She has more than 30 years of broad experience in environmental program areas (waste, wastewater, air emissions, environmental regulatory reporting and dangerous goods management), implementation of environmental management systems (ISO 14001:2015), environmental auditing, integration of environmental sustainability programs within the business, zero waste initiatives, and global environmental data and metrics management including GHG inventory and CDP reporting.

 

Susan received a B.S. in environmental science from Marist College and an M.S. in environmental studies from Long Island University. Susan has been with the Estée Lauder Companies for 13 years. Her prior experience includes more than 20 years with The Pall Corporation leading EHS corporate programs.
