Mindy Koch is the Corporate Services Site Manager at Intel Corporation in New Mexico. The Intel New Mexico Site is a 200-acre campus with over 5 million square feet of space where she and her team are responsible for facilities operations, construction, building maintenance, regulatory compliance, employee services, site security, and environmental, health and safety.

Koch joined Intel in 1988 as a summer intern, returned for additional assignments while still in school and ultimately was hired full time when she graduated in 1991. She has held various site, regional and corporate positions in facilities operations, contract management, and environmental, health and safety.

Outside of Intel, Koch has been active in a number of organizations. She is currently serving on the Executive Committee of Albuquerque Economic Development, where she was elected Treasurer in 2019. She has also served on the United Way of Central New Mexico Women in Philanthropy Council, which she chaired for the 2015-2016 term; the Society of Women Engineers as a member of the Corporate Partnership Council; Workforce Connection of Central New Mexico; Girl Scouts of America; and the Institute for Energy and the Environment.

Koch holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of New Mexico. She has received numerous Intel awards and was recognized by Albuquerque Business First as a Woman of Influence in 2015. Koch was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico and continues to reside there, along with her husband Larry and daughter Alix.
